Fence replacement

You may have noticed the new fence at the Lone Pine entrance. All of the split-rail fence at the northern entrance was replaced in August. The rest of the fence replacement is planned for 2012. It was delayed in order to spread the expense over two years.

Fence repair is one of the many expenses your Association dues pay for, so please submit them in a timely manner.

Knob Hill Subdivision

The Knob Hill subdivision is located in Bloomfield Township, Michigan
and comprises approximately 92 single-family homes.

Before it was developed in 1961, the area was an apple orchard owned
by the Forman Brothers. The Forman farmhouse, located on the corner of
Quarton and Franklin Rd., is currently occupied by descendants of the
original family.

The neighborhood is served by the Bloomfield Hills School District.

Road resurfacing update (4/22/12)

The Oakland County Road Commission has accepted our application to move forward. You may see the OCRC trucks in the coming weeks as they conduct their cost assessment. We expect the report to be completed in July or August, 2012.

Once we have the costs, a second survey to proceed with repairs will be circulated.
